J.: The question here is whether, under LMRDA,1 an attorney engaging in ""persuader""2 activities for an employer must report not only his receipts and disbursements in connection with such persuader clients but also all his receipts and related disbursements for non -persuader labor relations advice and service for non-persuader clients. The District Court answered in the affirmative. But in the meantime this Court in Fowler,3 Part VII, by a divided Court4 rendered a negative reply.
